2.  Design your roof (Customer Specification Sheet)

Every client gets a Specification Sheet so you can fully customise the look and performance of your roof. we offer full guidance and advice along the way. Options include:

• Coverings & colours: concrete, clay & plain tiles; natural or fibre-cement slate

• Ridge/Verge/Hips: dry-fix systems or traditional mortar bedding / Flexim roof putty bedding

• Ventilation: eaves, tile and ridge vents to combat condensation

• Leadwork details: chimneys, valleys, abutments lead or fibreglass options

• Roof windows: VELUX® (centre-pivot, top-hung, electric/solar)

• Roofline (soffit, fascia & guttering): wide range of uPVC, aluminium, and cast iron/cast-iron-look in popular profiles (half-round, deep-flow, ogee, square-line) and colours (white, black, anthracite, heritage tones). We’ll match heritage or contemporary styles.

3.  Comprehensive quote

You’ll receive a clear, itemised supply and fit quotation based on your chosen spec, with upgrade alternatives shown side-by-side so you can compare value and appearance easily.

4.  Schedule & prepare

We agree start dates, access and protection (scaffold, sheeting, driveway/landscape protection). You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.

5.  Install with pride

Our team fits every roof with care, precision and premium materials, to modern standards. We keep the site safe, tidy and communicative with photo updates on request throughout the job.

6.  Clean handover

On completion we jet-wash the new roof and property windows, remove all waste, and leave your home clean and presentable. You’ll receive completion photos and videos, aftercare advice and our 15-year workmanship guarantee on new roofs (materials per manufacturer warranties).
